Input: 42-60 VDC
Output: 220 VAC, 50 or 60 Hz
The field proven Tactical Power® UPS line is ideally suited for military, industrial, commercial and telecommunications applications that require a high-quality, high-reliability power source that is rugged in construction yet lightweight, compact and mobile. These units are equally suited for use in the field or aboard vehicles, marine vessels, or aircraft in both controlled or hostile environments. The ETI0019-2110EQ is specifically designed for global deployment while delivering up to 1000 VA / 700 Watts of uninterruptible computer-grade power to critical loads such as computers, .
This UPS is built into a heavy-duty case the size of airline carry-on luggage and includes a popup handle and wheels. When the case cover is closed, the unit becomes watertight. The rounded corners and rugged handles aid in safe handling. Internally, all major components are well secured and electrically insulated to prevent damage due to mechanical shock and vibration. As a portable UPS, the unit can be used in either a horizontal or vertical position.
Designed for both domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) input voltages, this unit's autoranging input voltage selection accepts any AC voltage from 90 to 264 VAC (i.e. nominal 100, 115, 120, 200, 220, 230 or 240 VAC sources) and any frequency from 47 to 63 (i.e. nominal 50 or 60 Hz sources) without special cables or having to open the UPS enclosure. Alternately, the unit also accepts vehicular or aircraft power from nominal 48 VDC systems. This allows the unit to be operated when no AC source is available. Optional 12 VDC and 24 VDC versions are also available.
The high-reliability LED arrays keep the operator informed as to the unit's status including load and battery levels. The high intensity audible alarm can be heard in high noise environments. For situations requiring more stealth, the LEDs can be dimmed or extinguished and the audible feature disabled. All controls and protective devices are brought to front panel with critical controls having finger guards to prevent damage or accidental operation.
The ETI0019-2110EQ has the added benefit of having a field replaceable battery via front drawout battery module. Even if this battery module removed or depleted, this UPS can continue to operate as an electronic power conditioner and frequency converter, providing clean, well regulated, sinusoidal power to the load. The VRLA AGM batteries are maintenance free with immobilized electrolyte and are constructed of flame retardant materials for added safety. For more information, see the Battery Technology section.
A removable and washable intake air filter and high capacity stainless steel ball bearing fans provide added protection in both controlled and hostile environments.
Maintaining documentation for equipment in the field has always been an issue. Instead of having to carry bulky paper documentation, the ETI0019-2110EQ incorporates the eDocs Port™, a patented feature unique to Energy Technologies, Inc. This flash drive contains all the relevant documentation for the unit at hand. This includes Operation and Maintenance manuals as well as training and troubleshooting guides. Utilizing a standard USB interface, these standardized electronic documents are readily available to the user.
Overall, the Tactical Power line is uniquely qualified for critical vehicle, airborne, shipboard, or land based systems combining advanced modular design features with highly reliable construction.
